Returns/ Refunds

We stand by our product and offer a 100% exchange under Clause 3 or 100% refund if the exchange of product is not available as in Clause 5.

  1. This Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy is only be applicable for B-Crobes Online Store only (excluding Shopee).

  2. Should there be any faulty of products delivered, please notify B-Crobes by phone +603 5636 1708 or email: contactus@bcrobes.com to report on the products upon 3 days of receiving the products.

  3. Exchange of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:

    • If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition excluding packaging caused by transportation; or
    • If the products delivered is expired; or
    • If the product is different from the Order delivered.

    Products for exchange shall be returned with its original condition as when purchased together with the original purchase receipt. If you discover the product defects on delivery, please take a photo and email to us. You will receive free shipping on returns for your next order after it has been certified under Clause 3.

  4. To return a purchase made through the B-Crobes website, you can walk in during office hours or make your own arrangements through any postal carrier to our returns centre as below. You are advised to pack safely the product to prevent any loss or damage to its original packaging. B-Crobes will not be liable for any loss or damage to the Product prior to receiving the product. Customer shall be responsible for the risks and condition of the product to be returned and reaches B-Crobes. Returns Centre: B-Crobes Marketing (M) Sdn. Bhd.

  5. If all replacement or exchange of Product(s) is not available, the refund will be done via the same mode of payment. For example, if the mode of payment is through membership points and credit card, the refund will be made through membership points and credit card within 14 to 30 working days depending on appointed bank refund policy and/or by membership system. There will be no refund in cash to customer through walk-in.
    B-Crobes shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expense that you or any person may incur as a result of any delay in the financial institution processing the said refund.
