Immune Health Assessment
Majority of our immune cells are located in the gastrointestinal tract, accounting for 70-80% of total immune cells. Besides, an individual’s health can be affected by interaction between bacteria and immune systems in the gut. Therefore, when an individual has weak immune system and more prone to diseases, his or her gut health is one of the directions to be targeted. The following questionnaire is intended to for an individual to understand his or her own immune health status, and thus appropriate adjustment can be taken to promote or maintain one’s health and wellness.
